Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Sargodha has the mandate to conduct annual and supply exams of SSC and HSSC classes in Sargodha District and its adjoining district. All the public and private schools and colleges in these districts are affiliated with BISE Sargodha while thousands of private and regular students appear in the exams conducted by Sargodha Board every year. Both matric and intermediate level exams under Sargodha Board are held according to a schedule.
9th and 10th class annual exams are held during the months of March and April while 11th and 12th class annual exams are organized by the board in the months of May and June. For both matric and intermediate level exams, the date sheets 2024 are announced two or three months before the start of the annual exams.
