Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Sargodha conducts annual and supply exams for the students of matric and intermediate classes in the districts of Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakkar. These exams are conducted for the private students and also from the affiliated public and private schools and colleges.

The written papers of 9th and 10th class annual exams are held in the month of March while practical papers of students with science subjects are organized by the board in the month of April. The roll number slips of written and practical exams are issued by BISE Faisalabad in their respective time separately. Likewise, the written and practical annual exams of intermediate part 1 & 2 are held in the months of May and June while the roll number slips of the written exams are issued before the start of written exams while roll number slips of practical exams are issued after the conduction of written exams. The Faisalabad Board sends the roll number slips to regular students in their related schools and colleges while roll number slips of the private students are sent in their mentioned addresses. But there are many students in the jurisdiction of BISE Faisalabad and problem occurs while sending roll number slips to so many students at a time.

Now there will be no problem for the SSC and HSSC students of BISE Faisalabad as they can now easily download their roll number slips from this website if they could not receive their roll number slips from the board.
